I partnered with the good people at Joy Riot again to develop a brand for an entrepreneur obsessed with bringing authentic New York deli-style bagels to Alexandria, Virginia. What a fun project. The name Chewish Deli still makes me laugh. Inspiration for the brand comes from traditional kosher delis in New York.
