Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts in Vienna, VA asked RP3 to refresh their brand identity — which had remained largely unchanged since the 1970s. I was in charge of extending the updated brand elements into a new look and feel, including a fresh, energetic take on photography and typography.
After coordinating a shoot on two consecutive nights at Wolf Trap, I designed various collateral pieces (brochures, ads, signage) to hand off to the Park's in-house communications team to finalize. I also worked on a website redesign as well as social media and banner ads and television spots.
The Park didn't have the budget for a video shoot, but I developed a way to take images from the still shoot and animate them like cinemagraphs. Kind of a fun, stylish way to make a DIY TV spot.

* Kaleena Porter was a talented and passionate designer, a riotous co-worker, and a lovely person. It is fitting that the Wolf Trap logo she designed is featured on the Park’s Wikipedia page. She is missed by everyone fortunate enough to have known her. I think about Kaleena often.
